Perfekt!!! Vielen Dank an Kenny und Venant, unseren Führer Keron-Safaris waren vom ersten Kontakt bis zur letzten Abgabe am internationalen Flughafen Jomo Kenyatta absolut fantastisch. Nach zahlreichen WhatsApp-Anrufen und E-Mails konnte Mr.Kenny eine maßgeschneiderte Reise entwerfen, die all unseren Bedürfnissen entsprach. Dies liegt daran, dass meine Frau und ich viele Änderungen an der Reiseroute vorgenommen haben und eine Menge Dinge hatten, die wir in unsere Reise einbeziehen wollten. Auf diese Weise haben wir 3 Tage am Naivasha-See mit einem Tagesausflug von Naivasha zum Nakuru-See gebucht und 4 Tage bei Masai Mara. Einfach ausgedrückt, Kenny und sein Team waren fantastisch, da sie nicht nur unsere Bedürfnisse verstanden, sondern auch äußerst geduldig und zuvorkommend waren. Tatsächlich waren der Führer und der Fahrer (Venant) so voller Informationen und gaben uns eine wirklich authentische Erfahrung. Darüber hinaus entsprachen alle Unterkünfte, die sie uns empfohlen hatten, unseren Bedürfnissen, da sie von Unterkünften bis zu Luxuscamps reichten, in denen die Gastfreundschaft in all diesen Einrichtungen einfach hervorragend war. Alles in allem wurden wir bei jedem Schritt so gut betreut. Nichts war zu schwierig und kein Detail wurde übersehen. FANTASTIC SAFARI AND SERVICES We were able to have an afternoon/evening and morning safari trip in Kenya with Tsavo East and our guide Venant Mdambo. We saw all the major animal groups (Lions, Giraffes, Cheetahs, Zebras, Elephants and Water Buffalos) through an open roof four wheeled vehicle. We stayed and ate at Voi Safari Lodge and were very pleased with air conditioned rooms and a great view of the savanah. Our guide, Venant, was very knowledgeable about the animals and their habitat. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in seeing these beautiful animals in their natural habitat.

Amazing safari experience with Keron tours! I just returned from an amazing safari trip in Kenya. Totally glitch free and really good arrangements done by Keron team. Kenny was available to answer any questions we had at all times while we were planning the trip. Rufus was our safari guide for 6 day safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. He was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure we see all the BIG 5!! Would recommend anyone to plan their trip with Keron as we had no complaints at all! Fantastic! Perfect! My husband and I had alot of challenges planning a safari with 7 and 4 years old kids. So we reached out to Keron tours. It was tge best decision we made. I have to say, we couldn't have done it without the team from Keron. Our tour started in Nairobi-Masai Mara-Lake Navaisha-Nakuru-Diani Beach. Tonny had to change our itinerary a couple of times to fit our kids with no complaints. Communication was very smooth and clear via watsapp and email. Tonny was available 24/7. This guy doesnt sleep!! Everything was planned to perfection. From our airport transfer to hotel and food. Everything was immaculate. Our guide Venant was God sent with children, especially because my son has severe motion sickness. Even our driver, Pascal was very knowledgeable about animals. These two men kept my children the entire way, answering all their questions, tantrums and boredom. Thank you so much to Keron Tours for creating the most memorable Kenyan experience. Greatly recommend them, for sure!

Kenya Safaris Our group of friends were on a Safari trip using Keron Safaris and our guide Vanant took us on first hand overview of Nairobi follow visiting Rift Valley and Masai Mara National Reserve. It is the most interesting tour for all of us. The guide is very knowledgable to all the places we visited for a week tour.

Celebrating my parents' wedding anniversary We wanted to go on a special holiday with the family to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary. My parents are in their mid 60s and 70s. I also took my two kids (9 yr old & 5 yr old) who are well travelled but still young kids. We were a group of 7. After some consideration between Kenya, Srilanka and Seychelles, I settled on Kenya. I have never been on a safari vacation before so I figured going on one for a special vacation would be grand. I looked through a lot of agencies out there and emailed many more. After a recommendation from another TA member, I emailed Keron as well. From the start, it was clear that Kenny had a good handle on tourism in Kenya. Their customer service was spot on. I had a good idea where we wanted to visit and stay so I talked with Kenny to confirm the facilities and so on in the places we wanted to stay along with finalising our itinerary. We changed our plans a number of times at the beginning and Kenny was fast in getting us updated costs and so on. The costs quoted by Keron were reasonable in my opinion. I had emailed hotels/camps separately as well during the process... What Keron offered and what the hotels/camps offered weren't too far off each other but by going with Keron, we got the same guide and vehicle which for first timers was quite nice to have. Also airport transfers and communications and so on were made easier. Keron were able to keep our luggage in Nairobi while we went on safari for instance. We were met by Venant at the airport and were told we would meet his dad (Rufus) at the airstrip in the Mara since we were flying in. Rufus had already left the day before in readiness for our arrival. Rufus has had 30 odd years of experience and was an excellent driver and guide. We were his only customers so he was very happy to be flexible with time, pace and our numerous requests - 'hey Rufus, can you reverse a bit, there is bush in front of the hippo I want to photograph' and so on. Rufus was great at spotting animals and he kept vehicle in top condition filled with cold water bottles for us thirsty tourists. Since it was a wedding anniversary celebration, we asked Kenny to get a cake to cut on the day. Kenny arranged for a bottle of wine (excellent wine choice), a cake and a Masai dance at the camp we were staying at. My parents were chuffed. Rufus must have had a hand at coordinating all the celebrations as well. I wouldn't have known. When I mentioned the wedding anniversary in the presence of my parents, he listened and asked questions as if he didn't know and I found myself texting Kenny in secret to make sure there was going to be a cake. There was. . . Rufus was just a very good actor! Once we got to Nairobi, we were handed over to Venant who also travelled with us to Mombasa. Again, things were communicated to us in good time and the trip was stress free. The other thing to note is that they seem to have a network of organisations and people to call upon so if they don't have direct employees then they are happy to get someone else from another outfit to help out. For instance, Rufus was actually from another tour outfit based out of Nairobi but this seems to be a normal thing to do - collaborating with other companies to get the job done. Personally, I don't mind as long as the service stays constant. Overall, we were well taken care of and if we to go on another family safari trip, we would trust Keron to guide us again.

Kenya and Tanzania Safari My husband and I had the most amazing 14 day safari thanks to Keron Safaris and Hotels. Our holiday started with a hiccup as the airline would not let my husband fly due to him having just short of 6 months on his passport (don’t make our mistake always check your passport well in advance) but Kenny at Keron Safaris was brilliant and so helpful, contacting hotels and changing our itinerary so we did not miss out when we eventually arrived 2 days late. We had a jam packed 14 day itinerary staying in Nairobi, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Arusha and Amboselli. Throughout the 2 weeks we had 2 drivers Pascal and Godlove who were both fantastic and made our long journeys as comfortable as possible and made sure we saw more animals we ever imagined we would. Our tour guide Venant was amazing such a lovely person he allowed us to be flexible with our itinerary and made our Safari our own, he was brilliant especially when we felt ill for 2 days in Tanzania. All the hotels/safari lodges we stayed in were immaculate each one was unique and quirky in its own way we could not fault them. We noticed on game drives that other companies seemed to cram their vehicles full with large groups but we loved the luxury of having our own private vehicle as it meant each drive was tailored to us and the animals we longed to see. We were so lucky I think we saw every animal/bird possible including the Big 5, a pride of lions eating their kill on 2 occasions, a crocodile eating a carcass and even the endangered black Rhino (although from a far). We came so close to the animals it was breathtaking as was the scenery. A safari has always been a dream of ours and the whole experience was better than we ever imagined. We cannot thank the team at Keron Safaris and Hotels enough for making our trip. We would highly recommend this company. Jodie and Joseph

I love ❤️Kenya I spent 14 Days in Kenya and have gone to 3 safari parks: 1) Masai Mara 2) Amboseli 3) Tsavo West All parks are nice and have different characters. Off course if you want to see animal migration you have to go Masai Mara. Like to mention the Ngulia Lodge Hotel we stay at Tsavo West is very interesting. You just sit at the hotel and can see a lot of animals come by. Keron Safaris taken care of us through out the trip. Venant the guide is very knowledgeable and accommodating. The drivers SK and Willy are also very good and careful. So I miss Kenya 🇰🇪

An experience of the mountains, lakes and jungles of Kenya ! Recommended to us by someone on Trip Advisor. Their services were of sheer customer delight . Responses were very prompt and they provided us with all the information required to get our visas online . We wanted to experience a bit of the mountain side alongwith a trip to the famous lakes and the Masai Mara safaris and we also wanted to see a bit of the Nairobi City. After the briefing Kenny came back with a good itinerary keeping all our requirements in mind . The accomodations provided were top class and well within our budget .We came back satisfied that we were able to achieve so much in our short stay of 1 week . Driver Pascal was the best ! Gave us a good safari experience and even took us to places to enjoy the local cuisine in Nairobi on our request. Highly recommended.

10 day trip with Keron Safaris We did 10 day/9 night trip from Nairobi to Samburu/Ol Pejeta/Lake Nakuru/Masai Mara with Keron Safaris and Hotels. All planning and arrangements for the trip were made by e-mail, and the process was very effective. We made the payment in Nairobi just before the trip. We chose a private tour for the flexibility of visiting places and staying longer in some parks than group tours do, and for the style of the game drives. It was good decision also because we were standing in the van most of the time during the game drives (when the roof was up). We had a lot of space and could turn around freely. It would still be OK with 4 people, but for sure not with 6 or 7, like we saw in many other safari cars. We passed some nice landscapes on the way between the parks, Rift Valley, hills, coffee and tea plantations, villages and small towns, street/highway markets, but even with the private tour we didn’t stop and had to rushed to the next destination, although often it would be fine to arrive an hour later. Driving on Kenyan main roads is tough, but our driver Mike was very good and careful. Our safari was well organized, lodges/camps were very good, better than we expected, food was OK and safe (many choices, tasty but quite heavy and often fried). Our safari van was older, but well prepared and survived the journey without a problem. Mike did also excellent job on the bumpy roads and stream crossings, knew the parks well, spotted many animals, and showed great interest in birds. Venant, one of the owners who came along as our guide, provided assistance, but spent quite a bit of time on his phone arranging tours for other clients. Mike and Venant didn’t volunteer too much information, but when asked provided facts about birds and animals, and Kenya in general, but not so much about habitat, environment etc. We didn’t have a radio, but it didn’t matter at all, as Mike with help from Venant were very good deciding where to go and at finding animals and birds. We often had them to ourselves, even in the very popular Masai Mara. All the safari drivers/guides exchanged info about animals when passing and before/after the drives. In theory we had unlimited game drives, in practice we had to bargain a bit for time. In most cases we got enough – 8 -9 hours a day, with two full-day drives in Masai Mara. We were promised some before-breakfast drives and I really regret we didn’t insist more firmly on an additional early morning drive when the animals are up and most active! It didn’t help that Piotr was not too keen on getting up so early. Our Masai Mara lodge (Mara Sentrim) was not inside the reserve, as we were told it would be, and for every drive we had to go to the reserve entrance on a super bad road and through a village losing a lot of time. Before booking we had multiple discussions about it, as the lodge’s location was not so clear, and they assured us it was a better choice and definitely inside the reserve. I wanted to stay near more centrally located Talek gate rather than Sekenai gate. The lodge was very nice. As a result we spent 3 days in Masai Mara Reserve instead of 4 and could not have an early morning game drive on the last day, which was disappointing. This misrepresentation is the only negative score point. Our trip included a short visit to Maasai village (Masai Mara), a bit touristy but still interesting. All in all the tour was very good, we had great time and saw many animals very close, everything we expected and more, except for the leopard. Venant and Mike were very friendly and easy to interact with.
